These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the terms of a novated lease — those are in our terms and conditions and in the lease documents themselves.

By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use it.

The figures on this site

Every figure this site produces is an estimate. It is worked out from what you tell us — your salary, your employer, the car, the term and the distance — and from prices and finance rates as they stand on the day.

Those things move. A drive-away price changes, a finance rate changes, and your own circumstances change. A quote is an offer to talk, not a contract. Before anything is signed, the figures are confirmed against your employer's actual arrangement, and the numbers you finally agree to may differ from the ones on screen.

Nothing on this site is a guarantee that a lease is available to you. That depends on your employer having an arrangement in place, and on a financier agreeing to lend.

This is not financial advice

The information here is general. It does not take account of your objectives, your financial situation or your needs, and it is not financial product advice, tax advice or credit advice. Whether a novated lease suits you depends on things this website does not know about you.

Consider your own situation, and speak to somebody licensed to advise you — an accountant, a financial adviser, or your own tax agent — before making a decision.

Using the site honestly

Please do not:

• Enter somebody else's details, or a salary that is not yours
• Try to reach quotes, accounts or records that are not yours
• Interfere with the site, or attempt to get around the way it works
• Take its content and republish it as your own
• Use automated tools to collect information from it in bulk

We may refuse service to anyone doing these things.

Availability

We try to keep the site working, but we do not promise it will always be available or always free of faults. We may change it, take parts of it down, or stop offering it, without notice.

What belongs to whom

The design, text and code of this site belong to Prime Salary. Vehicle images and specifications remain the property of their owners and are shown to help you identify a car. You may print or save your own quote for your own use.

Links to other places

Where we link to another site, we do not control it and we are not responsible for what is on it.

Where we stand

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this site or from relying on a figure it produced. Nothing here excludes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they were last reviewed, and using the site after a change means accepting it.
